I know we can't always choose our careers. Sometimes it's just a case of "needs must". But surely whatever one does should be done to the fullest?
My husband works in the service industry...and I just like being on the receiving end of good service whether it's at the grocery store, a restaurant, or just anywhere really. We enjoy eating out but the experience sometimes just is not what we would consider to be up to par (or should I rather say it sometimes just plain sucks). So we decided to document our experiences hoping one of the big bosses out there reads this (a great hope) and does something about the going's on in the proprieties.
This is not to put any place down...it's just my view...my experience. My way of helping them.
If I wear something that does not suit me very well I know my mother would tell me as much. Well...this is the same. I can't accept bad service. It tells me that employees have no pride in their work. This can sometimes pertain to the owners as well if one looks at the state of some corner shops.
So for those serving me this is simply me serving you...At your service.
